You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to store unlawful content; (b) attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the Service; (c) reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted; (d) abuse AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or infringing content; or (e) send unsolicited or unlawful communications through the Service.
You own the business data you enter (your clients, estimates, jobs, invoices, photos, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to the data you upload, including your customers' information. You can export your data at any time from Settings → Backup.
The Service includes AI-assisted tools (assistant, photo estimates, pricing suggestions, diagnosis, image generation). AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided as assistance only and are not professional, legal, financial, or agronomic advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on it or sharing it with a customer.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your business data), is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
The Service integrates third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Supabase, email, AI, mapping, and messaging services). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. Eres responsable de contar con los derechos y consentimientos necesarios sobre los datos que subes, incluida la información de tus clientes.
